Note: we make sure that you get all the features that are given in the service packages. For example if you have ordered for “100 Directory submissions” we ensure that we keep up the order and send you detailed report for the same.
Customized Services/work are non refundable.
Incase if we find a payment dispute or chargeback from a “bank” or “credit card company” your service/work will be blocked without any notice.

Refund or cancellations are not applicable for those works/services that are offered with special discounts or on special occasions.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their purchase and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows: Subscription orders for Ideatree placed directly with ideaTree online are processed immediately and can only be cancelled by contacting Ideatree. If you decide you no longer wish to use or retain access to the services to which you’ve subscribed, you must contact us to request cancellation within 30 days of the original purchase to receive a refund. All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from the ideaTree require prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by ideaTree within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any ideaTree product that is deemed defective.
Products provided/sold by ideaTree partners and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner. Replacement may be offered for the entire product or part(s) of the product. Products which are software or downloadable from ideaTree or provided media (CD ROM, Memory Drives, etc) are non-refundable.
